About 10 to 15 minutes. You stop at Wilderness Lodge first and then go on to Fort Wilderness. If you do this, make sure when leaving the Wilderness Lodge to look back - the main part of the resort appears to be a Bear's face. Also as you pass River Country (it will be on the right side of the boat) you will see a cypress tree away from the shore with dozens of pairs of shoes hanging on it. The shoes are put there as part of a retirement ceremony for any members of "Watercraft".
This is the fastest route because it lets you off at the back of Fort Wilderness which is next to the Pionneer Hall (where they have Hoop Dee Doo). If you take a bus, it lets you off at the front of Fort Wilderness. Then you have to take a Fort Wilderness bus to the back making stops along the way.
