Boat ride challenge

Has anyone ever tried the boat ride challenge? As I understand it, you have to ride all the boats in WDW in a single day. I watched the Tim Tracker vlog where they attempted it, but failed because one of the rides was down. However, it was an older vlog and Frozen and Na'vi weren't open yet. I was curious if anyone else has tried it either before or after the addition of the new rides.

All the rides you'd have to do (I think I have them all):

Magic Kingdom:
Ferry boat from TTC
Jungle Cruise
Pirates of the Caribbean
Splash Mountain
Rafts to Tom Sawyer Island
Liberty Belle
It's a Small World

Epcot:
Living with the Land
Gran Fiesta Tour
Frozen Ever After
Frienship boat

Animal Kingdom:
Kali River Rapids
Na'vi River Journey

I didn't realize until I watched the video that DHS is the only park without a boat ride! Maybe you could add the friendship from Epcot to DHS though.

I'm wondering what would be a better use of FP+ since you can't split them between parks.. Na'vi River Journey or Frozen Ever After.

I have never done it, but I saw that vlog, too, and thought it sounded fun. Seeing them all listed out like that stresses me out, though! We will not be attempting it.

I would consider rope dropping Navi and FP FEA. It seems like so many RDers are going to Pandora, Navi would be a very short wait, while FEA can still be a long wait at RD.

And I'd totally agree you need to include the Friendship boat from DHS to Epcot.

Maybe:
RD AK with Navi and Kali. Get bus to DHS, take boat to Epcot. Do those rides, monorail to TTC, boat to MK, do that park (try to pick up later FPs on the way).

And do you need to also consider the ferries from Port Orleans to Disney Springs? Or at least the internal DS ferries?

I would do it on a day when AK has EMH in the evening.

FP+ for FEA and make that your only FP
Rope drop MK, knock those out and then head to Epcot. Once you do FEA, see if you can make FP for Na'vi or Kali ... worst case, get to AK to do Kali right before close and then use EMH to do Na'vi - it should be walk-on.

I was thinking Rope Drop AKL to do Na'vi, then run over to Kali. Get FP+ for all 3 Epcot attractions in the late morning/early afternoon, then when they are used up, go over to the MK and try to pick up some additional FP's there or do standby, since MK is usually open the latest. Not sure where I'd fit in the boat from international gateway to DHS though. I would love to try it.
