Me and my family are coming down in September. This year me and my grandfather are going to Teppan Edo for the first time and we wanted to ride the boat from Boardwalk to the entrance by France. We wont be staying at Boardwalk but that is the day that me and my grandfather are going to lunch then walk around. Does the boat allow wheelchairs and how long does the boat normally take to run to Epcot?

yes, they have space for wheelchairs on the boats...and it takes about 5-10 minutes from the Boardwalk dock to the dock near the entrance. But keep in mind it's still a bit of a hike from the boat dock, you go through bag-check like the other entrance, and then through the ticket turnstyles and on into Epcot...and it's uphill, too. It is less work to take the boat to that entrance than walking all the way from Boardwalk area (which would also be a lot of uphill pushing)

But do be prepared for a lot of work getting the wheelchair up the bridge incline into Epcot. :thumbsup2

Thank you so much, if I decide to take my ECV would it be ok to take on the boat? I know that some resort boats dont allow evc on them.
