Hi everyone :) Just over six months until we return to WDW and we're starting to really feel the excitement :dance3: . This time we are staying 1BR BWV. My daughters will be 28m and 12m. It's just the 4 of us so DH and I plan on letting the babies sleep in the living room. These are my questions for families that have done this with little ones:

The Villas come with a Pack and Play, right? Our youngest will sleep in that.
Will the Boardwalk have a crib I can borrow or do I have to rent one from an outside company? Perfect for our oldest!
We have a BW view. Will we be able to see Illuminations or Fantasmic?
Any toddler tips for the resort? We did this last year with our oldest for her first birthday, SSR. And you know, what you do for one you have to do for the other :rolleyes1 We know the basics of doing this with one baby. We figured the BW was a fun place to take it easy and relax.

Thank you!!! :goodvibes

There will be one pack and play in the closet. You may or may not be able to get a crib. If you really want one, rent one from an offsite company.

We stayed in a 1BR Boardwalk view room in March and it did have a pack-n-play. But the pp is correct about the crib - if you want one for certain then rent from an outside company. Boy, I wish I could remember what our room number was but we could see all the higher fireworks of Illuminations from our room. My one advice would be to ask for a higher floor - we were here:

See the lowest room above the striped awning and stores on the inset yellow-painted portion?

The pros were that we were on the main floor so there was no elevator hassle from the lobby (though there was to get out to the pool or boardwalk - stairs too) However, the balcony was solid so we couldn't really see the boardwalk unless we were standing at the balcony and the magicians that set up directly below us several times each night were pretty noisy! So depending on how your kids sleep you may want to either bring a white noise machine or try and get a higher floor!
We LOVED BWV though - probably my fav location in all of WDW!

We were facing the canal (HS, Swan and Dolphin) and could barely see Fantasmic but the nice part of that view was how quiet it was in the morning (our daughters always slept-in while we had our morning coffee on the porch).
We could somewhat see Illuminations from Jellyrolls - Atlantic Dance Hall while walking the Boardwalk at night. My guess is that rooms on that side of the BW will have a better shot. Good luck
