What is the best way to get from the Boardwalk Villas to where Fantasmic is shown in MGM. Can you walk? If yes, how long would it take at a normal pace?

We have walked back from Fantasmic to BWV before and it took us at a normal pace 10 - 15 mins, we even beat the boat
