Boardwalk Villas Refurb Question

I have been scouring the internet for more info but I heard they are in the process of doing refurbs on the BWV and would like to know if we go in August 2015 do we stand a chance of getting a 1-bedroom that has been redone?

It's possible. Apparently, they are doing a floor at a time and there are already some rooms that they have finished. The entire refurb project is scheduled to complete by the end of the year.
