Boardwalk Villa?

I'm looking for a thread about Boardwalk Villas. I know there are two really great ones for BLT that I read before we stayed there, but can't find one for BWV. One question I have is,- Are the refillable mugs sold at BWV and where can you refill them? Thanks

We are going in 2 days, and I've heard you can fill your mugs at the Bakery, and probably a couple more places.

In addition to the Bakery, we have refilled ours at the bar at the pool, and in the library over on the BWI side. Last time we were there, I do not recall any of the "self service" refillable stations like some of the other DVC resorts have. I'm hoping they'll add one of those! I hope you love BWV as much as I do...it's my fave!

We just spent 10 nights at the BWV last month. The lack of a self service mug refill station was a huge PITA. We had several very cold nights (and days), and if we wanted to get some hot chocolate in our mugs, the only place that had it was the Bakery and there was always a long line. It was very inconvenient. That, as well as the lack of a counter service restaurant, are big cons of the resort. (IMO, of course)

We only stayed for one night last summer, but I can tell you I checked at the Bakery and the pool bar and neither had iced tea. Not fresh brewed, not even the kind of of the machine. They also told me it wasn't available anywhere at BW for mug refills.

So if iced tea is your drink, thought you would want to know. My DH lives on it so I was glad it was just for one night!

You can also refill your mugs at the pizza window and in Seashore Sweets. If all you want is a refill, we went to the place with the shortest line.
