Boardwalk to Go

Is the Boardwalk to Go cart open every evening on the Boardwalk or just occasionally?

We stay at the Boardwalk every time we are in The World &the B'walk to Go stand has been open whenever we're out on the boardwalk at night. So I'm not 100% positive but I believe it is, maybe someone else can jump in here & back this up. Enjoy, their menu looks so fun!

I've definitely seen it closed but really couldn't say which trip it was or whether it was time of year, day of the week, etc.
