boardwalk quiet pool

ok, I have heard several comments about this quiet pool place. I am assuming that this would be one of those, pay a bunch of extra money kinda places? Does anyone have any pictures? Is this place an option for intimate brides?

The quiet poolis not an option for intimate brides, but for custom brides, it is available as both a ceremony and reception location. The ceremony site fee is the same as for the other outdoor locations $1200. For the reception, you must meet the same minimiums as if your reeption was inside the Boardwalk resort.

There are special limitaions to the quiet pool, tho. No DJ, no glass service items (drinking glasses), and limited hours, because of the outdoor/close to resort rooms.

We were going to use it for our reception, as it is beautiful there, but didn't want to limit ourselves so much.

If you're looking for an amazing outdoor reception location at the BoardWalk, you could always use Sea Breeze Point! That's what we're doing. Everyone always thinks of this as a ceremony-only location but it's actually an AMAZING reception location as well. They can do very elaborate buffet receptions here for up to 100-150 people. Tables are scattered under the gazebo and down the "wings," as well as under the trees in front of the pavilion. The ambiance is so unique because it's right on the water and VERY beautiful at sunset. Plus, there are no noise and time of day restrictions. You should discuss this option with your EM, as I know they have done these types of events there very successfully.

Our late afternoon ceremony will be held at the Quiet Pool Lawn (next to the quiet pool) and then everyone will move out to Sea Breeze Point afterwards for dinner. Then, the grand finale will be an IllumiNations dessert party at Italy Isola.

Kami (FireflyGirl) already had her wedding! Those are her wedding photos in her signature. She did in fact use SBP for the eremony and the St. James room and patio for the reception.
