Boardwalk Inn and Community Hall

Hi! I was checking out the Boardwalk Inn information on wdwig.com and I found the following information.

"Community Hall offers a wide range of equipment to pursue just about any recreational inclination. Inquire about fishing trips at the Hall. Community Hall is on the Villa side and rents bikes, tubes, noodles, and videos. You can also play ping pong, croquet and more."

I know that Community Hall is part of the Vacation Club villas, but the information was listed under the Inn section. So, that makes it sound like Community Hall can be used by non-DVC guests of the Boardwalk Inn. Is that correct?

If so, can anybody tell me more about what they have to offer? I am especially interested in the croquet mentioned above because that happens to be my husband's favorite game!

Hi there. We'll be at W/L then on to Boardwalk a month ahead of you! It's our first time at Boardwalk but everything I've read indicates that the community hall is for both Inn and Villa.

Someone's bound to know for sure...
