I'll be straight from the get go....we will Never order in room dining again at the BW. We ordered basic food.

The Club Wrap- no flavor
2 hot dogs- burnt, nasty flavor
Pizza- gross

Total=$65


This was by far the nastiest food we encountered over our 10 day stay.

Being that your food was as you described it, inedible, I hope that when you complained about it, you were either refunded your$ or at least brought other, more acceptable food

is there a gratuity charge for in room service? if so how much?

There is a $3.00 delivery charge as well as sales tax and an 18% service charge. We avoid room service anywhere we stay at all costs. Even at The Four Seasons the room service was yuck. It's very hard for a resort to get your food to you while still warm I guess.
