Boardwalk in Feb '06

Looking into going in Feb 2006 and need to know if at 6 months away I stand a chance of getting a standard studio room @ BWV or should I try OKW or my Home @ SSR? We're all hoping for BWV!

We booked a 1 br standard at BWV about a week ago for February. Might as well give MS a call, and decide on your back-up resort before you call, as all are different point totals. We didn't expect it, but it was there for our choice of dates! SSR was our back-up.

It may not be available but "the switch" happens all the time. I am a Feb. visitor and often have to waitlist but have been very successful. If it's not avail. you can book OKW with a waitlist for the whole time and auto-cancel. It is obviously harder to get the whole week at one time, so if you have enough points to juggle, I would do it day by day and not give up OKW til you have it all.

I tried to switch from VWL to BWV for President's week on Monday. Nothing was available, either standard or preferred, so I'm waitlisted.

If you are hoping for President's week, I'd say the chances are slim, but for other times in February, probably an okay chance at least with a waitlist.
