Boarding at Puerto Rico. Is Disney transportation from airport offered?

We fly in two nights before boarding and are staying near the airport in a hotel. This is April 24.
Does anyone know if we could book DCL transportation from the airport to the port?
Then we are B2B and our second cruise ends in Ft Lauderdale but we fly out of Miami so again can we book DCL transportation from FL to Miami? This is May 24.
I’m guessing if not it’s Ubers/cabs.

My travel agent told me yesterday that Disney has not made a decision yet on ground transportation for San Juan. We did the Southern Caribbean from San Juan in January 2020 and we had Disney ground transfers.

We are sailing next month to San Juan from NYC and ground transfer are available through DCL from the port to San Juan airport and/or the Caribe Hilton. They may not have secured a new contract yet for 2024. Keep checking back.

Thank you all. This would explain why I can’t find the transport option on my reservation yet. I have an Uber account but not lyft so maybe I need to create an account there too.

I’ve just tried again to book DCL ground transportation for our April 24 cruise in San Juan and I’m still getting an error message. Has anyone succeeded at this time?

Does your hotel have airport shuttle? If not, you are going to have to do rideshare to the airport first.

We stayed at the Residence Inn (just north of the airport) and did Lyft (or Uber?) to the port.

We used Uber or Lyft (I can't remember which) last time we were there and it was super easy and cheap. I do use DCL transfers from Orlando to PC because it's an hour (or more) but when we're talking about a 5-10 minute drive across town, I just don't feel like it's worth it.

if I’m honest I don’t know. I haven’t looked it up but I think that it does. It’s a Marriott and we are arriving two days before the cruise. I’d rather take DCL ground transportation if it exists. I’m from the UK and sometimes Ubers don’t like our Uk phone numbers to register.

The hotel should be able to call you a local taxi without issue.

Just back from San Juan and a couple of things:
1) the only ride share is Uber, Lyft isn't there
2) we were a family of 5 and took Uber XL a few times. Our only problem was getting off the port because the vehicle assigned was too small for the luggage when the 3rd row was in use. We took a taxi instead.
