Bluetooth recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a decent bluetooth headset for DH's cell that wont break the bank? We bought a cheapo one at Walmart and well you get what you pay for I guess. I cant hear him and he cant hear me. Anyway, I would like to find him something decent that wont break our budget completely. Any recommendations?

DH has a Jawbone. I can't tell you the model. He drives semi, so it needs to have good volume for him to hear over the engine. It has worked good for him.
