I ordered the Blue Man Group tickets with the US theme park tickets online. They just came in the mail today. I noticed they had our seat numbers on them but they no where on the tickets say the date of the show. Should I be concerned? I was looking at them to double check that I had the correct date and there is NOTHING there.

If you forgot your show date, call guest services or the BMG ticket office. They should have the info.

Please call 407-BLUEMAN as soon as possible. This is not normal. You'll want to notify the box office so that they can remedy anyone elses tickets who might have the same problem. Not to worry though, if you have a confirmation with your show date on it, that's all you need.

Thanks so much for the info. I called and they are sending me corrected tickets. It would have been awful to get there and not been able to see the show.

Another thing to be careful of, for anyone buying a combined BlueMan & park admission ticket. If you don't look very carefully, you may not notice that the BlueMan ticket *is* your park ticket. we didn't notice this, and just went to pick up our ticket at the kiosk on our first day. Didn't bring the BlueMan ticket, since our show wasn't for a few days.

Guest Services was able to quickly issue us a ticket for that day, but the guy said this happens a couple times every day. If they're smart, they'll change the printing on the ticket to make it clearer.

FYI: Your BMG ticket is also your CityWalk Party pass for the night of the show.

P.S. the only place it isn't valid is Red Coconut

You wouldn't have had a problem using the tickets with no date. Ours arrived the same way and we had no problems. Think they do that so if you lose the tickets they can't be used since the date is missing. They just scan the ticket at the door, like they do for every ticket and you walk in. We just took the email confirmation of the purchase in case it was needed but it never was.
