Blue Heron vs Lake Buena Vista Resort & Spa

My family is trying to decide on a condo offsite between Blue Heron or Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa. We are coming in three weeks and need to make a decision between the two. Does anyone have any insight. Thanks

We just stayed two nights at Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa. It was very nice. We stayed on the 5th floor in building 4 I believe. It was the main building where the spa and check in is. Our room veiw was of the pirate ship pool. The pool was heated although the buildings block alot of the sun from the pool so it can get a little chilly. We had a two bedroom/ two bath and found it clean and enought room for the 5 of us. It is a little off of I-4 but not too far. I would definately stay there again. There is pizza hut delivery on the property and a resteraunt that we did not use. I have never stayed at Blue Heron.

I have only driven past them both and they seem nice. LBV resort is beside the outlet mall which would be very convenient and Blue Heron has some restaurants within walking distance which is nice if you both want to have a drink. The distance to Disney isn't far - we stay a couple of minutes away from LBV resort and you are at the Disney main entrance arch within about 10 minutes so really it is down to personal preference
