BLT to EPCOT

i was surprised the other day to find that the only way to get from EPCOT to BLT was by monorail, no bus. Has it always been like that. I would have sworn I've taken a bus in the past.

If the monorail is not running there is a bus.

At least this December, there were no buses from BLT to Epcot so I would assume its the same the other way back.

We've walked from BLT to the MK bus stops for traveling various places. The contemporary's bus stop in the morning is usually a frustrating stampede for the newest attractions.

All of the Magic Kingdom resorts use the monorail to go to Epcot. Sometimes there are buses from the Magic Kingdom bus loop to other theme parks, but I think it has limited hours. I am pretty sure it starts in the afternoon after the morning rush to parks from the resorts is over. You would need to ask a transportation CM at MK. You could to go another resort and take that Epcot bus, but I am not sure that would save you time.

Yep, always been like that. Unless the monorail is down.

If you had a pre-park opening reservation at Epcot for a tour or for the Princess Royal Banquet at Akershus, you probably caught the bus at the Contemporary.

Occasionally, there's also a bus from the Contemporary to Epcot, but only when the monorail is down.

There is always the MinnieVan or Uber option as well.
