BLT Thread?

We've never stayed at the CR or BLT and I received a pin for 40% off. The only 2 bedroom villa (that's the type of room we need) with the pin was at BLT. Is there a thread for BLT questions? The one question I have is do all BLT rooms have a balcony? This is a must for my dad. Thanks for any help!
