BLT studio- difference btwn regular and wheelchair accessible?

Can someone tell me the difference between the BLT studio and a wheelchair accessible studio?

no tub in the bathroom.

would expect the cabinets under the sink in the sink/kitchennett area to not be there.

also would think the hall would be a little wider?
