BLT soft goods refurb

In 2016
We're planning a December trip, so excited to hopefully have new stuff. I wonder if they'll at least repair necessary hard goods as needed. I.E. all of the door pegs that come out of the concrete, the bathroom doors that don't slide right because the particle board is chipped up, the veneer coming off of things, etc.

I get they're not part of the deal, but if you're already there...

I have a reservation in July, I am Hoping it is completed by then, but I doubt it.

I was wondering this myself... We rented points for the first time and are staying at BLT this December. Is it likely that they won't start the refurbishment until some of the others currently underway are completed? (AKL, BCV?) Is that how it normally works? I had read reviews prior to deciding on BLT that the rooms were looking a little worn, but I was hoping the refurb would take care of that. Now I'm starting to think there is no chance the rooms would be done by the time we are there...

They haven't announced a start date, so it's anyone's guess. They're doing soft goods at Animal Kingdom, and refurb (that seems to include some furnishings, if they're adding murphy beds...) at BCV. Given the aimed-for occupancy rates, I find it hard to imagine they'll start BLT until those are well along.
