BLT Room Locations Question

I know it is early to get specific info about BLT, but does anyone know the layout on the floors for the villas.

Are there two bedroom villas on each floor?

Do the rooms begin on the first floor?

It looks beautiful but I detest high rises and really prefer not to get above 4 or 5 floors and really prefer first floor.

Rooms do begin on the first floor (but there are fewer there than other floors).

There are two bedroom villas on all the floors, with the exception being the top 2-3 floors. The top 2-3 floors are mostly Grand Villas and the Top of the World Lounge. The third floor from the top does have a few 2BRs.

The one thing that noone has determined yet, is where Standard, MK, and LK view rooms are located. Hopefully, now that people are checking in, we'll get a better indication of where the three room categories are located.
