BLT Questions

Hi All,

In the studio is it safe for a toddler to sleep on the couch? (Some pull out couches have bars and would not be good for a little one.) Just wondering if there is a space between the mattress and the couch part?

Also, I would like to be on a low floor, we have a LV studio and would like to have a peaceful, quiet view. Rather not look at Monorail, people...etc.

What do I request? Are most LV on the outer side or inner side? Is there a map which shows the buildings so I can understand the configuration? Is there a North and South to the builing?

Can we see the fireworks from the lounge every night if our rooms faces the Lake?

Lots of questions....Thank you for any help you may provide

If you have a Lake View I would actually want a higher floor. The lower floor look out over the pool area so you would get quite a lot of noise.

We had a lake view last March and could not see any fireworks but could see the electrical water pageant every night.

My 3 year old slept on the pull out for 3 nights and there were no issues that I am aware of.

There are LV rooms on the outside and inside of the C.

You don't have to have too low of a floor.......

We were on the 5th floor which is the same level as the skybridge (which was awesome) and had a LV room (inside of the C so yeah, we saw the pool too).

It was nice and quiet.

I think this part of the "C" would probably face towards Wilderness Lodge. I'm not sure I was basically in the same area as ChiSoxKeith except the other side. We were also on the 5th floor which was so handy to get over the bridge.

After doing research here (look for the BLT map thread w/photos). I phrased our request as "north tower, even numbered room, up high".

We don't travel until next June, so I don't know how successful this will be.

I just changed my requests for 7/31 arrival ,lake view studio to highest floor possible,north end of building,even numbered room. I am using on line check in and emailed my requests to member services. I will let you know how I make out.

Hey, we check in to BLT on August 2nd for 3 nights. We check in to BCV on the 30th for 3 nights first.

We will also be in a LV 1 bedroom. We simply requested even #d room. I would love the northern end and higher floor as well, but as long as I can be on the outer crescent, I will be happy. Hope my request comes through.

if you don't like heights - then you are better off in a standard view - they only go up to the 5th floor.

Arrived today and got the perfect lake view studio.....8008. Tenth floor outside of the c with a view of the lake to the right and space mt and the castle to the left . Ready to check into when we arrived at noon.Wouldn't it be great to always be this lucky!

Did you make any room requests to get this perfect view? It sounds awesome and I was hoping to get the same room for our first trip to BLT in Nov! I was thinking even numbered, upper floor? Can you make a request for North facing Bay Lake?

My request was for highest floor available,north end of building,even numbered side. I emailed my request to ms after I did online check in. It really is a great lake view location. Good luck !

Did you ask MS to note it on your reservation as well? Just wondering as I never sent MS an email with requests. I have called, sent faxes but never an email.

After I completed my online check in ,I emailed member services and basically stated that I couldn't find a place to list my requests and wanted to be sure that they were recorded. The cm doing check in did ask if I still wanted to be on the even numbered side so the requests must have been recorded.
