BLT - Getting three rooms on the same floor

We have a big family vacation scheduled for the beginning of November. We've booked one 2 Bedroom dedicated and two Studios all Lake View. Member Services linked all of the reservations. What is the likelihood that we will get all three rooms on the same floor?

BLT is a pretty small resort so there's no saying if you'll get the same floor BUT by the same token because it's quite small it doesn't take long to get from one villa to another if you aren't.

I know it's not much help but at least it's not like the possibility of how far you may be from each other at Kidani.

We travel with my mother every August and always ask to be close to each other. We get a 1 bedroom and she gets a studio. BLT put us right next door, it was great. Every other resort has had us as far away as possible.

We had 3 rooms together--a studio and 1 bed that were booked separate but adjoined and another studio across the hall. BLT did a terrific job keeping us together.

It all depends on what is available the day you check in. They will not hold rooms open the day before just to keep you close. Good luck

You might also want to add a request to be on the same floor to each reservation. The large number of Lake View villas should certainly help.

It seems the CM responsible for room assignments is making an effort to keep rooms close, which is similar to the planning needed for 2 bedroom lock-offs.

Make sure you don't request even numbered rooms as there are not many of those that are lakeview and if you request those you will likely be on different floors if the request is met.

We booked three lake view 2BRs and added we were traveling together, they got all three on the same floor, two near each other on the north end and the other one near the south elevators. All though we were at opposite ends of the building, it only took a few minutes to walk to each other's villas. I was quite happy with that as others mentioned, it is all dependent on who checks out that day.
