BLT Check-In

We are going to be going to BLT for the first time this Sunday. We will arrive at the hotel about 2:00. Do we go to the Contemporary lobby or BLT? Is there any chance they will have our room ready or should we plan on storing our luggage?

A convenient new check-in desk located in the Bay Lake Tower lobby is available to Disney Vacation Club Members from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Members arriving by Disney's Magical Express will continue to check in next door at Disney's Contemporary Resort (where the Front Desk operates 24 hours a day).

The check-in desk in the Bay Lake Tower lobby also provides a variety of services for all Bay Lake Tower Members and Guests to enjoy throughout their stay, including check-out, ticket sales, dining reservations, recreation and spa reservations and more.

We're actually going to be checking in at BLT on Sunday as well...probably around 3pm - may see you there!!

If you're taking the Magical Express, check-in at the Contemporary. That's also easy if you need to store your bags with Bell services for a few hours if your room isn't ready. Then you can go explore the resort grounds!

I think you'll love BLT and The Contemporary....we do!!

Not meaning to hijack this thread...but does the check in at BLT NOT have the ability to store luggage? We're arriving early afternoon, but not by ME. So it is likely we'll need to store luggage. Should we arrange drop off at the Contemporary instead to take advantage of this?

They can store luggage

They have bell services on duty to take your luggage.

When I pulled up to BLT a couple of weeks ago, I didn't even have to go to the desk to check in--a young lady with an iPad checked me in at the curb as bell services was unloading the luggage.
