I just read that Disney is sending out pin codes for cash stays at BLT with free dining.

Doesn't take them long. :sad2:

I have read conflicting reports on who/how to get pin code discounts or offers, do you have any idea?

Interesting--cash or points.... So CRO must also be taking ressies. I wonder what the cash price is? I wonder if member services has the DVC member discount? (I wonder if the military special they have going on now would apply?)

There is a thread on this site under the Codes and Rates heading that someone was able to use the Free Dining pin code (sent to people randomly) for stays at BLT. Many people are posting they got the code around the 5th of February. It is not only for BLT but for all the resorts, stays beginning 8/16 - 10/1.

That person stated she got a 2-bedroom for 5 nights, 5 adults and 2 (or 3) kids with free dining, and tickets for around $5600.00.

There is another thread where people are getting DVC discounted cash rates already for Dec.

Sweet! That is very cool. :woohoo: :yay: :woohoo:

(I wonder if they have an AP discount?... may be too early for that, though..)

I guess that torpedoes the theory that BLT will sell out in under a year. ;) If they are accepting cash reservations, they must be projecting that not all rooms will be declared into the condo association by the time the resort opens--or even the end of the year for that matter.

Yes, MS had the DVC discount on cash available for BLT. I have a dedicated two-bedroom booked on cash in December. When I inquired about AP rates thru CRO to see if they were any better, I was told it was too early for AP rates in December.

that is definitely what is happening.

the rental price is very competitive - so they will rent many of the villa not declared into DVC.

my statement say there were only 75 villa in the DVC part.

this money goes to the developer after CRO takes their cut.
