BLT cash/pts reservation

Planning a vacation using part point and part cash for april 2011. The points are available however the cash night are not yet released Has this happened to anyone out there? DVD cs sd they do not know when they will realease them.

Disney does not typically announce cash rates until August for the following year. This isn't just DVC.

Thanks for the info! I hate not having be vacation half planned. Do u know if it will be difficult obtaining BLT studio standard view cash.

If you are trying to book the room on cash through MS, just be aware that it may never come available. Not all DVC rooms can be had with cash this way. And, I would think that a SV room may be hard to come by this way since it is so popular.

I have read that Boardwalk view rooms are never available for cash reservations via MS.
