BLT. Am I. Crazy. I thought all W/D units were in a big closet?

We stayed in a one bedroom lake view. Our washer and dryer. Was in a storage closet. All the videos on YouTube suggest other wise? What am I missing. ? Do we just have An odd unit?

I believe there is a difference between the rooms on the outside of the "C" vs the inside. Which were you in?

Inside the C, the laundry room is bigger. Outside the C, the laundry room is just a closet with the stacked units. But the kitchens inside the C don't have bar stools at the counter. The ones outside the C have the bar stools.

Yes you had an "odd" unit -- odd-numbered unit to be exact. Because BLT is a curved building the units inside the "C" are laid out differently from those on the outside of the "C".

We had a 1BR on the inside of the "C" (odd numbered room) and we liked the layout. Having the washer/dryer in a separate utility room meant that you barely heard the washer running
from the living area. The shelves in the utility room gave us a place to store our luggage during our stay.

We were there in March and stayed in an even numbered unit, which means it was on the outside of the "C". Our laundry was exactly as you described. It was two units stacked on top of each other in a small closet. We normally stay at the Poly and have to go across the resort for the laundry. We didn't care if it was in the closet and not a laundry room. We were just excited to have one!
