How exciting for you to be able to go for your birthday!! I am jealous...I wish I was able to go for my birthday this year, but between planning a wedding, a move, and a trip to Disney in December it just isn't going to work out.

Ohh I love DC! I went there once 5 or 6 years ago and it was so much fun. I just love all that history to.

It actually wasn't too cold on Sunday maybe 40 degrees or so. Kinda sad when I think thats warm.

Ugh that stinks it's snowing there. It's supposto start here sometime today. I wish spring would hurry up and come.

haha, that makes me laugh only because I'm the same way. It was soooooo cold here for a while and over the weekend it was in the 30s. It felt like a heat wave! And this weekend it's supposed to get up to 40!

I love the pictures from Boston...I would love to visit there some day. It seems like a really neat city.

Great pictures! I've heard Boston is a really beautiful city, but I've never been. I dated a guy for 6 years who lived in Boston as a child, and he never took me! We're still really good friends, after looking at those pictures, maybe I'll ask him to take me now!

Inside that main building is this...

All different food booths. Seriously it smells so good in there. They have everything from fresh seafood, sushi, Ben and Jerry's, Smoothie bar, and different bakerys. If you are hungry this is the place to go!

They even have a Croc's store!

If you know anything about Celtic's history you know who this guy is!

They have the BESTEST cannolis at Quincy Mahket. Mmmmm so good!

I didn't know there was a Croc store now! I'm going to have to get back down there! Its only about 30 minutes from where I live but I usually take the train which means a 45-60 minute ride. I hate driving in Boston.

Haha first of all I love how you said mahket! I use to live in MA when I was little and all of my other family still does. Anytime we have a family get together and were talking my MA accent comes out wicked bad! It's really funny. I've never tried the cannolis though I guess I'll have to go back and try them!

Yea the Croc store wasn't there the last time I went. But it's pretty big and on the left side of the market all the way at the end.

I'm very happy! It sucks that the economy is so bad that people are losing jobs and everything. Disney is so magical that I hate to think that the economy affects WDW too!

Ugh it's awful. I think it's really hitting home now with people that we are in a bad situation. Last year at this time when they were talking about the recession people were refusing to believe it. Sadly as so many are losing their jobs the reality is hitting hard. I just feel so badly for everyone in that situation. Disney is being hit really hard they said they lost 30+% first quarter. Hopefully the economy will start to turn around.

It really is scary. I guess I'm pretty lucky, even though I don't have a full contract. I have a job until June, and then come hiring time, I'm not sure. I will get something, and even just subbing, I'm sure I will be okay. They are always in need of subs, especially in French Immersion, which is what I teach. I have a friend who works in a call center, he's been there for 9 years, and he's really scared for his job. They've been cutting like crazy. It really is all over the place. It's scary to think about how many people are suffering because of it.

I did upgrade, but not to AKL. We're staying at Caribbean Beach It'll be nice to have the fridge and extra space. And I'm looking forward to spending some time on the beach!
