Do you keep track of your results each doctor visit?

Yes. I have a rare type of cancer and have to keep various doctors informed of my results. It used to be I would have to ask for results but now most doctors just offer them to me.

Yes we ask for ours. I like to see from one blood test to another how things change.

Yes - I ask for copies of all test results..

Yes I do. This way I can make sure my other doctors have a copy and I can see the results for myself.

Our medical group has all the test results, office visits, etc. online for the patient to view.

Yes I get copies of all my labs.

Yes. I have made it a point to educate myself about diabetes and the numbers and what they mean. Many doctors are still following a very outdated model- and that is frankly dangerous to patients! While they mean well, many are still following the ADA recommendations which many people feel are still too high, so I prefer to know the actual numbers so that I can take charge of my disease.

Ours too - probably the same one! You can even graph results over the years etc. It's very handy.

I do. I get labs done anywhere between once a month to twice a week...depends on how i'm feeling.

I always get the results b/c we have to follow my kidney function, liver function and CO2 levels so if we notice a trend in the way that we don't want, we know we can catch it early instead of waiting for it to say that it is abnormal at the lab.

Right now i'm having my labs done every week b/c my pulmonologist has been seeing a slight increase in my CO2 levels which we never would have noticed if we didn't keep all of the labs from the other drs as well.
