Blizzard Beach reopening February 15 2026

Disney just announced Blizzard Beach will be opening up Feb 15 2026, and Typhoon Lagoon closing Feb 14 2026.

I hope that Blizzard Beach will bring back Mickey and Minnie meeting in their blue snowflake outfits again!!

I guess Christmas is cancelled in Blizzard Beach… this is a bit late tbh…

I wonder if the 'waterpark seasonal pass' good through 5/9/2026 gives us an early indication of how Disney will define "summer" for purposes of the WDW resort arrival day water park benefit (which for 2026 is only available "Summer 2026", with specific dates to be announced later).

Just speculation on my part of course for now, but interesting it ends on that date.
