Blizzard Beach cabanas

I’m not sure if this is the right thread... Has anyone rented a cabana at Blizzard Beach recently? The most recent info I can find online seems to be a few years old at least. Wondering if it is an actual structure now or still just umbrellas. I tried to look at the map to help figure it out and am not sure if the structures I see are the cabanas or some other covered seating areas. Thank you

Mainly umbrellas. There is a proper structure that we have requested in the past near tikes peak that is ALOT better than the umbrellas (especially if it rains) we are 1 for 2 getting the structure My advice would be a rope drop type strategy for that specific spot. I also believe that it is now a premium cabana. It wasn’t advertised when we initially booked but when we got there it was an up charge for that cabana that someone else had already booked before us.

Agree with the PP. We’ve had that “structure” cabana by Tike’s Peak twice - once randomly, once by request. I am not 100% sure about this but I think that is the only real structure - if there are others there aren’t very many of them. Most cabanas at BB are deck/umbrella type areas. Which is different than TL that has mostly (maybe all?) structures. This can have a material impact on your day if weather rolls in as the umbrella type cabanas are not weather safe.

I wasn’t aware of the cabana by Tike’s Peak being a “premium cabana,” but it has been a few years since we had that one so things certainly could have changed.

As your are finding out, accurate/current water park cabana info is pretty hard to come by around the Internet.
