Under view account in the member zone what does "You are only xxx points away from winning 700 visits to your favorite site." mean?

1) Does it mean I have to spend 35,000 points to get 700 visits?

2) Is it to an addition to my 35,000 points?

If my favorite site is Smart Pages would this mean 120 points X700 ?

I never saw this before, it's worth taking a look.

It was that if I had my own site I can have 700 visits that others can access at a cost of 35,000 points from my account.
