Excited to stay at this resort as we have never stayed at this particular Disney resort before.

Would love input on how the beds are ‘dressed’ as it appears in photos there is just a sheet on the beds. Hoping there are additional blankets or bedding.

additional would love feedback on pillows, housekeeping etc

thank you so much 😊

We've only stayed in the tower, and (in our experience) it's regular bedsheet with a "heavier sheet" on top. But there was a large, heavy blanket in the closet that was available for use!

For the standalone buildings it’s four pillows on each queen bed. For covers it’s one flat sheet with one blanket on top and another flat sheet on top of the blanket. The blanket is not super thick - maybe a quarter inch cotton blanket. There are not extra comforters or blankets in closet but we called for more blankets and they brought them.

I would prefer a tower room because of the walk in showers and views (and would have been nice to have a comforter in the closet ;) but couldn’t afford it. Next time?!

We were assigned to the Casitas section of the standalone buildings and that was better than the other sections in terms of being closer to lobby, pool, and restaurants. The other sections are called Cabanas and Rancheros I believe. Stayed there this month. Loved our stay and the Casitas room worked out for us just fine! We were on second floor facing the lake. I booked a standard room and requested top floor but didn’t get it as they were booked with a lot of groups in house but I was pleased we weren’t facing a parking lot at least and the second floor was quieter than I thought it would be. Happy to help with any other questions you may have.

I am grateful for your advice! Thank you so much for each detail 💕

Have a wonderful time! Feel free to give any and all advice😊

We’re in Ranchos this time which is a schlep from the main building/El Centro where everything is, so definitely request Casitas if you can! (Or stay in the Tower if you’re fancy.) Luckily, Bell Services is terrific and gave us a ride right to our room’s front door, saving us the 10-minute walk with our luggage. Cast Members here really are fantastic.

Confirming for the beds each bed has 4 fluffy pillows, sheets, and a light duvet cover. Rooms have all been recently renovated so they feel more premium and spacious than other Moderates.

And as a final and unrelated side note we’re at the Dahlia Lounge in the Tower to kill time while waiting for a table at Rix and IT IS GORGEOUS. The views alone are stunning. People are sleeping on this place!

Thank you everyone! We just returned and what a fantastic trip. CS is everything and more.

We asked for closest to transportation and received Ranchos location and we could get to the bus stop in under a minute! It was perfection.

We ate all of our meals in the parks or had reservations elsewhere so it was no issue to be close to food but it would have been a tremendous walk if needed.

Here are my observations if you have creature comforts
1. Bring a fleece bathrobe if you have room in your suitcase. It doubles as a blanket. Blankets are very thin.

2. Pillows are very thick in case you prefer a thin one

3.Keurig coffee maker is slow and loud. We brought a cheap 12 cup maker from home and we’re so happy we did😊

4. Beds are raised without bed skirts and I thought it would be fun for a child to sleep under on a camp mat or pad. Super clean since they now have wood plank floors. Perfect for storage as well.

Feel free to ask questions
