I’ll be back in a Orlando 6 weeks after I finally very to leave a Orlando …and my flights have not changed. (End of March for Springtime Surprise run weekend). At least, I’ll have one less thing to worry about for that trip.

I did find the scheduling a callback works extremely well and it was better than sitting on hold for hours.

I've also found that the callback schedule is now in minutes rather than days, which is an excellent progressive thing! I've scheduled 2 call-backs in the past week and, each time, the schedule presented to choose from were call-backs between 15 and 25 minutes.
