Blackout dates on annual pass?

so if the blackout date is from _ until january 4, 2013, can we use on the 4th, or the 5th?

you can use it on the 5th. Usually it's through the date they list.

The Florida Resident Seasonal and Weekday Select are the only annual passes with block out dates. (Also the Resident 3 and 4 day passes.) The dates shown below are the first day of the blockout period and the last day blocked out.
