BLACKOUT DATE questions

Hello Friends,

I have been accepted for Spring Advantage 2016 for DCP.
I am so thrilled.
I have a few questions concerning blackout dates.

Such as:
-What are they?
-Do they only apply to friends/family? Or CPs as well?

They do not apply to CPs but they do apply to friends and family. However the odds of you having the day off on a blackout day are pretty slim. They're blacked out cause they're busy, which means you are too.

Some black out dates do apply to all CMs as well. The website will say CM admission blacked out. Any specialty days like the 24 hour event will be blacked out to most CMs as well. There are about 4 days a year where even a CM is blacked out of the park.
