So has anyone seen the movie? I did and I thought it was such a great movie, and I really loved the characters and it was hard for me to see the "villain" as a villain since I could see exactly where he was coming from but he was just going about it the wrong way. The music was absolutely beautiful and is one of my favorite soundtracks from the MCU universe (I have been listening to it nonstop since yesterday)

What I think Marvel plans to do with Black Panther Wakanda Forever is hoping that it's a hit. Because what I think before Chadwick Boseman's passing Marvel planned to make a Black Panther franchise much like they did with the X-Men movies and The Avengers movies. Because when Black Panther became a hit it was mainly because of Chadwick Boseman in the role of T'Challa and when Chadwick passed away Black Panther became popular again. I'm surprised at how much marketing it has with stores like Target and McDonald's and already Black Panther Wakanda Forever toys are hot for Christmas this year. So I expect this movie will indeed do well because Marvel is making huge money from this movie

For what they had to work with after he died, it was OK. But in comparison to other movies, it was below average. The fact that the most advanced culture on the planet would go to battle with a bunch of mermaids in the middle of the ocean using only sticks and spears is moronic.

The way the changed Namor and his story line is a crime. But the biggest joke was the 4 seconds of "Yes, we have lesbians in Wakanda too" moment. If it is part of the story, make it part of the story, if not, no one on the planet gives a crap.

I saw it and was very disappointed (although my DH and DD really liked it!) I thought the story was disjointed and just didn’t work for me. There were some bright spots and the lovely Lupita Nyong'o was fantastic, but all in all my very least favorite marvel movie to date. I know that it was a struggle to come up with a remade story line after the passing of the wonderful Chadwick Boseman, but they really missed the boat on this movie. Sad.
