Bizzarre Rumour about Cinderella Castle.

Anyone heard this before?

When my boyfriend and I came back from our trip last August we showed his Mom our photo album. I started showing her the new trimmings on the castle and she looks at me and says-very seriously- did you know that Walt Disney's body is frozen inside the top of the castle?

Lol. I didn't know how to answer her. I think I might have laughed out loud. We have all heard that Walt is waiting to be unfrozen, but I have never heard it to that extent before. Can you imagine if he was in there? Hmm not sure I'd want to eat at Cinderella's Royal Table anymore!


Just wondering if anyone's heard this one before.

Don't know if you are looking for a serious answer or not, but that is an ancient rumor. Walt was cremated, and his ashes intered at the family plot.

You can feel the mist every night before the fireworks. Every day condensation builds up due to the extreme cold of the liquid nitrogen Walt is frozen in and it overflows every night about an hour or so before the fireworks. And it also overflows after closing, which is why you sometimes see the sidewalks wet when disney opens even though it hasn't rained.

Walt's 'frozen' body up in Cinderella Castle is a long standing myth...just like the spires of the castle are removed during storm season. Both myths. Funny...but myths.

No. They moved Walt to the castle to make room for the cast of the movie under there. They're going to make the boats and the ride trough glass bottomed so the women can swoon at the sight of Johnny Depp.
