My mistake- Sight of Sophie Ellis-Bextor on the TV just swiftly caught his attention... He's now dancing to 'Murder on the Dancefloor'....

For me it's my phone, iPod, digital camera and laptop.

I guess I should include the wife (who can travel without her blankey at 25 :lmao: ) and Kacee (who won't go without his blankie, Mickey Mouse teddy, Tiny Ted and Gills Bear)

Oh and a healthy supply of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse DVD's too :lmao: :rotfl2:

Having lost all our bags the last time we went to DLP I realised how little you actually need ;)

When do all of you get time to listen to your ipods? :confused3 I don't have more than 2 minutes on my own the whole time we're away so it wouldn't be worth switching on.

Ah, but not if you're travelling with my daughter. She never ever ever ever ever ever ever stops talking and would be most offended if I plugged myself in to my music while she was talking (which is from the moment she wakes up until about 10 minutes AFTER she goes to sleep. :rotfl: )

:rotfl: Sounds abit like me, you should see me in the car on the way to kent, my bf turns the music up as a hint to shut up.

mine has to be my anti bac handgel ... I permanently have one in my bag plus milton sterilising wipes, I'm obsessed !!! Apart from cleaning products it has to be my hubby, kids, camera and ibuprofen for us and calpol for the kids :)

OMG! Does it really take that long?

Pretty much.... We get on the coach at Barnsley bus station at 5:30am, travel, pick up other people, do some stops, get to Dover, swap coaches, get ferry, drive from Calais to DLRP, stopping en route, then do to the drop offs. We were an hour late last time though.

Thats what makes travelling on coaches cheaper! And, its still a lot quicker than when my Dad used to drive us there- Amble to Dover, in the night, usually getting lost around London (Canary Wharf is not a welcome sight at 2am!), then pulling into a car park in Dover around 5am (ish) sleeping for an hour, getting the ferry, then driving halfway across France........

If we're counting that we generally have an extra three hours travel on the train to Barnsley from Amble too... But as you say, we have a couple of days there first....
