Birthday T-Shirt DISign Help, Please!

I was wondering if there was any way someone could help me with a T-Shirt design for DS, who will be turning 7 at the end of May. I'd like to make him a shirt with a big number 7 with Captain Jack Sparrow standing beside it with the name Justin underneath. (He's having a POTC themed birthday party.) I'm not sure if that makes any sense, but if someone could do that for me, it would be VERY much appreciated!!
