Other than Coral Reef, what are some good restaurants that will do something special if you are celebrating a birthday?

I celebrated my birthday at Le Cellier and the waiter brought me a complimentary chocolate mousse dessert with my name on it, very yummy. At the California Grill my husband received his dessert with "Happy Birthday from the California Grill) on a sheet of chocolate. We did pay for that dessert...
