Birthday Group Setting

Hi

Looking to have a group of 20 together for a birthday. Where are there spaces to be together? Are there community rooms in DVC hotels we might be able to rent for a night?
Or would it be best to get a grand villa for a night? If so which one would be best?

Please share any advice and experiences you’ve had.

We have 25 or so in a Riviera 3BR over the summer and the room was great with this many people in it. The open plan/space worked well.

I'm assuming you are asking for WDW.

We'll be having a b-day at VDH in the 3BR soon and I'm sure it will go well. VGC's 3BR could also handle a party of that size no problem

Nope. No layouts released.

We don’t even know that there will be GV at Poly tower. Everything about villa types and floor plans is speculation based on the plan for one lower floor that was filed with a permit application and educated guesses based on the concept art and building construction i.e. placement of window openings, etc.

Are you a DVC owner? If so, what’s your home resort? Your chances of reserving a GV might depend on which resort (how many GV there are there) and what time of year your birthday party is.
