Birthday Fastpasses?

We just booked our reservation for the GCH for our DD's birthday in August

Since we're AP holders she gets to choose between a gift card or a special b-day fastpass for the family. Has anyone who has chosen the b-day fastpass give details about it? I'm guessing it must be a pretty nice fastpass for someone to give up the gift card option...

None of the APers here have done the bday FP thing, it's just not worth it. Go for the gift card, that's your best option!

Not many people are opting the the fastpasses. The way I see it we get $59 or $69 worth of merchandise or a handful of fastpass tickets. I could get lot of bags of candy, books, toys, plushies and clothing for $69 or $59.

Do you want a bunch of fastpasses or $59 worth of toys, clothing and other tangible goods? I have an AP so that I can go during off hours to avoid lines and do not need them fastpasses even if I was not in a scooter.
