What are you looking for: fun & loud, signature, casual? In park or resort/downtown disney.

There are sooo many options. I enjoyed Citricos. There are 3 shows that include alcohol in the price. I'd suggest the Luau for a 21 year old. If not that having a drink & eatting around the world showcase is awesome too.

Probably fun and loud.She's a college party girl lol. Did'nt care if it was park,resort or downtown.

We celebrated a 21st birthday at Flying Fish. Excellent food, excellent service. Birthday girl received a personalized menu, and server treated us to complimentary champagne. Dessert was specially decorated. Host, server and manager all recognized her birthday.

After dinner, of course, you could walk over to Epcot and sample a few drinks in World Showcase. My favorite: the Grey Goose slushie at France.
