Birthday cakes??

On our next trip we will be arriving on my son's 6th birthday. I want to order a cake for him. Anyone ever had a cake from Boardwalk Bakery or any other bakery at WDW? Suggestions, please

Broadwalk Bakery is awesome. We ordered a cake there for my dad's b-day. It was so good. We took him to flying fish to eat and they brought the cake out. It was a german chocolate cake with a chocolate mickey face on top. It was moist and good. You can also just pick the cake up at the bakery. We will be using them again this december for my niece and nephews b-day cakes while we are there.

I'll be celebrating a birthday during our vacation. I was given a number by a CM for ordering a cake. Where is the bakery?
