Birthday Cakes

Could someone help me please? We are staying at the wl in sept 2001 and both of my children have their B-days around that time ages 2 and 4. I would like to do something special but not outrageously expensive. I thought possible cake and balloons. Can you order a cake a WL? any help or ideas would be helpful thanks

I'm going to BUMP this as I'm curious too about what experience people have had ordering birthday cakes/balloons and celebrating children's birthdays. I don't want to spend too much $$...
We are also planning our trip at the WL in Sept and my children are age 2 & 4! My DD will have a birthday in Sept so I may want to try something too...thanks for the post!

Yes, you can order cake and balloons... The cake, I think, is about $12.95 or so <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">

And you would probably want to check with guest services for balloons and that- maybe give them a call before you arrive

Also, don't forget to get a Birthday button at the Magic Kingdom!!

Over on the Disney resort section, their was a post for WL facts- Which i found very useful.She stated you can order a cake at WL from the phone #is 71043 you have to let them know 24hours in advance. Thought it may help.
