Birthday Cake

We will be celebrating my niece's 16th birthday at Disney. So far she said she'd like to go to Pleasure Island but doesn't know what else she'd like to do. It will be her first trip to the World, at least the first one she can remember. I'd like to surprise her with a birthday cake in out hotel room. We will be staying at POP.

Does anyone know where I can get a birthday cake from and if it can be delivered to the room? I asked the CM when I made the reservations but she didn't know where I can get a cake from.

Also, any suggestions and what else we can do to celebrate. We'll be there April 17-26, her actual birthday is the 22 of April so I don't have much time if I have to make any kind of reservations.

First, if you decide to plan a meal have them make a note on your PS. Most times if you request they'll bring a cupcake w/ a candle and sing. Also, there is a bakery at the Boardwalk you can check w/. As well as w/ Disney Dining. Looks like we'll be there the same time as you.
