I have ordered a birthday cake at WDW in a restaurant and wondering if the same is done on cruise?

keep in mind the Mickey Mouse one they show is the $55.00 one not $25.00 as shown (a little misleading) . When you download the cake order form you will see the $25.00 one is the smaller one that is similar to the one you order at WDW as celebration cake.

Another bit of information - your servers will sing Happy Birthday and bring and individual dessert for the birthday person (chocolate mousse-type cake), regardless if you get the extra cost cake. Also, your head server will present birthday button(s) - but you can pick them up earlier in the day at Guest Services, if you wish.
