Day 10 Monday December 15, 2003
Happy 36th Birthday to me! Off to Magic Kingdom today. I got my birthday badge at it was so much fun with everyone saying happy b-day! Started out with Buzz I had highest score something like 147,000. Of course Danny said his gun was broken. Went on space mountain and I got the front this is one of my all time favorite rides. The trashcan talked to me and had everyone say happy birthday and sang me a song. I was laughing so hard and said I cant believe I am talking to a trashcan and she said I was going senile!
Then we just went all around the park had a great day and saw the Share a Dream parade that we missed last time. Went on Splash Mountain and Danny got wet. Lines werent bad but it got more crowded as the day went on. Did Jungle cruise in the dark and caught the very end of the Spectro Magic parade. Got a spot on Main Street in front of the castle to see Wishes again this was so beautiful best fireworks I have ever seen and the music is very touching.
Left MK and back to the Villas and walk to Epcot (gotta love that walk) The security card gave me a hard time about my MK birthday pin so when I asked where I could get one for Epcot, he gave me one! We got Margaritas and Mexican food at the cantina. Food was cold but the margaritas were good! In the store they sang a Mexican birthday song to me. Watched the fireworks from Mexico what a great spot! Lisa had a couple of Margaritas so she was having a very good time! We all walked around the world going against the crowd just acting pretty silly and laughing.
Danny didnt want to go the pool so I met the McClays at the villas pool as it was warmer. As we were leaving the pool at 11:30 I heard a huge explosion and then Illuminations playing, so I ran all the way out to the bridge but I couldnt see anything. So I ran all the way back to the room and just as I got to the balcony I could hear like a private party but no fireworks but just the they started and they were amazing I woke up mom to come see they were going off everywhere around the worlds. We ended up finding out later that they were rehearsing for New Years Eve! It was amazing and a great ending for my birthday. Off to bed around 12:30.
