I'm thinking of getting a pair for my upcoming Florida visits in May and October, but I have to admit that I'm balking a little at the price. Are they really that comfortable to be worth that much $$??

Very comfortable. The $100 will pay for itself. I bought my first pair of Crocs this year (Cleo style). bough them April 2. It is now June 2 and the Crocs look horrible. They are not holding up. Granted, I have worn them for a week in Disney and then most days during the last 2 months, but still, they look bad. Now I only paid $30 for them, but they will not last through the summer. I must stub my toe a lot bc the fronts look horrible. $30 seems cheaper than $100, but not when my $100 Birks last me literally 10+ years.

They are so comfortable. They are the only shoe that I wear at Disney. QVC has a good selection and some decent prices. My favorites right now have 3 thin straps, one that goes straight accross and two that are criss crossed. I also wear the clog stye in the winter.

Worth the $100! They are so comfortable and they last forever! I have probably around 10 pairs of Birks and they are the best shoes on my feet! I've gotten Birks from overstock.com for around $60 in the past. Maybe worth looking into, although I know their merchandise changes often.

I bought mine at a Goodwill store and they are the best shoes I have ever had. Comfy and cute. They are also very durable. Mine have lasted 3 yrs used!

OMG - I love them! But theyre all narrows.... I cant get my wide flipper feet to be comfy in those.
